Introduction to Week 1

Welcome, welcome, WELOME!!!

I am SO excited that you're here with me to learn how to manage your glucose!

All the information in the Beat Prediabetes Resource Library is based on up-to-date research (to the best of my ability) and is created with YOU in mind!

You'll be going step-by-step through all the factors that could be impacting your glucose in a negative way and learning how to adjust what you're currently doing to better meet your needs and manage that glucose long-term.

Let's take a bird's eye view of what you'll be learning this week:

by the end of this week, you'll ... Walk away with at least three actionable steps for taking control of your glucose right now Analyze which factors are personally impacting your glucose Develop small goals to help you get started on lifestyle changes

You may already have a baseline knowledge of some of these topics, which means that your brain can handle a bit more information this week. Plus, you are probably very motivated in this moment.

So this week you'll be getting a lot of content to get started.

I can't answer every question you have right now, but you'll finish this section of content and feel ready to take on whatever comes your way!

I'm so excited for you to explore factors (more than just food!) that impact your glucose, learn about insulin resistance, and work on your goal making skills!
